The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to wonderful restaurants and just a short drive from Orlando. The building is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with separate sinks and mirrors.

the location was very convenient to the airport which is why we chose the hotel. we had a very early flight. usually choose embassy suites for the breakfast

left before we could enjoy breakfast here. tons of stuff near buy all of which are there to take advantage of the weary air traveler.

We like really like this hotel

Just two elevators, and one out of service the whole weekend. It was very traumatic trying to get in or out.

The location was convenient for our family vacation needs. Was recommended by my family members who stayed the previous year. One Staff member Jimmy was amazing, he observed our frustration and went above the call of duty to help us get to our room & provided some complimentary snacks which we greatly appreciated. Jimmy was extremely personable & considerate.

Our entire experience was negative: At check in the Associate Christian was not able to locate our reservation, had poor communication skills & became defensive & blaimed Booked.net for an error on their end. Would not provide alternative option in a timely manor & the manager Unis was extremely rude & not helpful. Was eventually able to call Booked.net customer service & get assistance for Christian. Eventually got checked in. One elevator was broken & the other took over 8 minutes to return. The bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair in tub, on floors, & shower walls). Spoke with other front desk staff & they all have attitudes and speak in an unfriendly tone. (Sarcastic at times)

The hotel was impressive and clean, with extremely accommodating staff. The location was marvelous and handy, very close to restaurants, the airport, and only about 20 minutes to Walt Disney World.

I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites because it' was family friendly, the location was great surrounding other restaurants and attractions which were in walking distance, but the hotel has free shuttle that will take you and pick you up which I thought was awesome. I wish there were some type of rewards you could earn for your stays that could be converted to possibly discounted future stays. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I will have no problem returning.

The hotel room was spacious and had convenient amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and two double beds.

The food manager was terrific. She felt bad about the music complaints, so she bought me dinner the next day.

I was there for four days. The hotel hosted a party with such loud music that my room was shaking. I was in the room right above the banquet hall. During the loud music from the party the window in my room shook loose from the frame and slipped down leaving it crooked and hot air rushing in. The engineer came to fix it by using tape duct to block the edge of the frame and keep the air out.I had to be up at 6am and the party did not end until after 11. The Manager offered me points to stay another night, but the next day when I needed to book a room because the conference committee I was on decided to do an extra day, suddenly the points I was given for a free stay was not valid and they were going to charge me double for one more night. On top of that the elevator was broken and the room was so musty I had to buy air freshener at Walgreens to stomach the smell of stale cigarettes and mildew. This is the worst hotel I could have ever stayed in during my conference.Awful!

This place is pretty modern and the staff is super friendly, making sure we had a great time with the manager's special. The room I booked was really well decorated and had some snacks waiting for me. It even had a separate bedroom, which was a nice touch 😊.

We've stayed at this location several times. It's close to the airport and dining options. I like the too set up. Breakfast is always very good here.

Construction going on. Our room still smelled of paint fumes and they only had one elevator working. We did not get free wifi because we used a third party booking instead of their website. The biggest problem was waiting for our shuttle back to the hotel for dinner. We called twice and it took them over 40 minutes to pick us up. We were only across the highway, but we were in a thunderstorm and it wouldn't have been safe to walk. I was not impressed with there response when I complained. We shouldn't have had to call 2x in a 30 minute window.
